Martin Clubb
Martin Clubb is the winemaker and co-owner, with his wife Megan, of L'Ecole Nš 41. This small family-owned winery, located in the old Frenchtown schoolhouse near Walla Walla, specializes in the production of Semillon and Merlot. Marty recently expanded the winery's production facilities to produce 29,000 cases annually. In addition, he is a partner with Leonetti Cellar and Pepper Bridge Winery in the Seven Hills Vineyard in the Walla Walla Valley. For ten years Marty was a Director of the Washington Wine Commission. He represents Washington State on the national level as a Director of WineAmerica, a winery association of more than 750 wineries throughout the United States. Locally, he serves as President and a Director of the Walla Walla Valley Wine Alliance, a coalition of wineries and grape growers in the Walla Walla Valley.
Prior to becoming winemaker at L'Ecole Nš 41 in 1989, Marty was a representative with Bechtel Development Company in San Francisco. He has a Chemical Engineering Degree from Texas A&M University and an M.S. in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan School of Management.
Megan Clubb
Megan Clubb is co-owner with her husband Marty at L'Ecole No 41. She is currently President and CEO of Baker Boyer Bank in Walla Walla, established in 1869 making it the oldest banking institution in Washington State. Megan was a classmate of Marty's at the Sloan School of Management at MIT.
