The reward of patience

Aged for when it becomes something more

With patient aging, a well-made wine becomes something more than the wine it was upon release. Aromas and flavors evolve, the texture becomes more seamless, and new layers of complexity emerge.

Wines selected for Bond 100 allocations have been impeccably maintained in our cellar and personally evaluated by second-generation owner Marty Clubb and winemaker David Rosenthal. They are expressive, balanced, and in their optimal drinking window.

Bond 100 offers the reward of extended aging without the need to build and maintain a cellar of your own. Simply open, pour, and share.

Why Bond 100?

Questions

Bond 100 FAQ

Who can join Bond 100?

Bond 100 is available to all current Wine Club members.

Why are you offering aged wines?

While our wines are approachable upon release, many benefit from additional time in bottle. Bond 100 lets members experience mature wines without needing the space or conditions to cellar them at home.

How long have Bond 100 wines been aged?

Cabernets and Cabernet-dominant Bordeaux blends will generally have 12–20 years of age. Merlots, Cabernet Franc/Merlot blends, and Syrahs will generally have 8–15 years.

Why is Bond 100 capped at 100?

Holding this release to just 100 allocation holders allows us to dive deep in the cellar and select the most compelling wines with extremely limited inventory.

What does it cost?

There is no cost to join. Annual Bond 100 allocations will average $250–$325.

When are allocations released?

Bond 100 allocations will be available for pickup or shipment in late November each year.

Who is Bond 100 intended for?

Bond 100 is designed for wine lovers who appreciate the nuance of mature wines—or are eager to discover how exceptional wines evolve through extended bottle aging. If you prefer the vibrant fruit and robust structure of younger releases, Bond 100 may not be the best fit for your palate.

Will there be events for allocation holders?

Yes! A mid/late summer 2027 Bond 100 Trial Tasting will be held at the winery (complimentary 2ppl). Taste and evaluate potential Bond 100 selections with Winemaker, David Rosenthal. Ticketed dinner featuring cellared wines to follow.
