We are so excited to announce that L’Ecole No 41 has been named a 2019 Wine & Spirits Top 100 Winery of the Year – our 15th time receiving this recognition! This puts us right in the top of their very short list of “Premier Cru” wineries, those that have won this award more than ten times. We are fortunate to receive many awards and great scores, but this particular award speaks to our vision and aspirations. We want L’Ecole to be known for reliability, consistency, and quality in every bottle, and it’s gratifying that the esteemed Wine & Spirits Magazine has recognized our hard work!
This news came through right on the heels of learning that Mike Sharon and I were named Winemakers of the Year by Seattle Magazine in their 2019 Washington Wine Awards issue. And we have a lot more coming that deserve a celebration!
