Perigee Component Tasting
Prior to blending the 2018 Perigee, our Cabernet Sauvignon-dominate Bordeaux-style blend from our Estate Seven Hills Vineyard, we set aside a bit of each of the varietal components – Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, & Petit Verdot – and bottled them on their own.
Now, join us at the Schoolhouse for a special opportunity to taste the five noble Bordeaux varietals that comprise Perigee in their unblended form, along with the resulting 2018 Perigee Estate Seven Hills Vineyard. Constance Savage, our General Manager & COO will lead you through this limited capacity seated tasting, inviting you to play with the separate wines and even try your hand at your own impromptu blend.
Constance is a WSET Diploma holder and industry veteran, having worked in Supplier Relations at Kobrand for 23 years prior to joining the L’Ecole team in 2018.
