We are proud to be recognized as one of Washington State’s top producers of Bordeaux varietal wines, a reputation furthered by this Cabernet Franc. Our two treasured estate vineyards come together to create this intensely aromatic and complex wine. The elegance and old-world structure of Seven Hills Vineyard adds complexity to the power and basalt minerality of Ferguson Vineyard.
Tasting Notes
Our Cabernet Franc Estate opens with intriguing aromas of red fruit with raspberry, strawberry, and cherry layered with rose petals, pink peppercorn, and a hint of nutmeg. Beautifully balanced, it shows flavors of cocoa, crushed gravel, fresh plum, and fig, laced with orange peel, leading to an intense, ferrous finish.
