Tasting Notes
Shaped by its unique volcanic basalt terroir, Ferguson is a powerfully structured, energetic, and cellar-worthy wine. The nose unfolds with complex, mineral-infused aromas of cassis, blackberry, crushed rock, espresso bean, and sandalwood. Layers of black fruit flavors are laced with baking spice and black pepper, all supported by expressive, yet seamlessly integrated tannins that resonate with basaltic and graphite notes. Intense, racy, and structured, Ferguson’s pronounced natural acidity carries through to a compelling and enduring finish.
