Tasting Notes
Capturing the yin and yang of our two estate vineyards, this Cabernet Sauvignon captivates with an aromatic kaleidoscope of black and red fruits, complemented by espresso, thyme, and graphite, and accented with hints of baking spice, Swiss chocolate, and a savory earthiness. On the palate, vibrant flavors of blackberry, plum, and lavender unfold gracefully, supported by polished tannins and a bold, enduring finish.
