There’s growing excitement around the outstanding quality of Grenache coming out of Washington State, and we’re especially inspired by the bold character of the fruit from the StoneTree. After years of using this vibrant Grenache as a blending component in our Columbia Valley Syrah, we now hand-select a small portion to craft a limited 100% varietal bottling.
Tasting Notes
This 100% Grenache leaps from the glass with explosive notes of cherry, macerated strawberry, blood orange, rose petals, raspberry, and red peppercorn, layered with savory hints of garrigue and leather. On the palate, spiced red fruit flavors take center stage, complemented by undertones of violet and fennel. Integrated tannins and lively acidity carry the wine to a dynamic, lingering finish.
