Tasting Notes
This Chenin Blanc opens with expressive aromas of white grapefruit and tangerine, lifted by honeysuckle and a bouquet of white flowers, including acacia, magnolia, and syringa, with a subtle hint of lanolin. The vibrant palate delivers layered flavors of white peach, grapefruit, and jasmine, balanced by a touch of saline minerality. Bright and energetic throughout, the wine finishes with a mouthwatering acidity that lingers gracefully.
